Terms & Conditions

You
are licensing the rights for one-time, regional or world-wide, non-exclusive
use of an image in print or in digital form. Copyright of the image remains
with Terra Prints Inc.
The
right to use the image remains with the purchaser of the license and can not
be transferred, sub-licensed or re-sold to another party. Our prices are Rights Managed.
If
you use an image on a web page, you must place a copyright notice on the same
page (copyright Terra Prints Inc.) to deter unauthorized copying.
Terra Prints Inc. will not be liable to the
purchaser of the license or any other party for any damages, loss or other
costs that are incurred directly or indirectly from images supplied, or
failure to supply any image.

Personal use by
students for school and college projects
Students, please feel free to copy images from our web
site for use in printed school and college projects work without charge, but do not copy
images onto another web page. No need to ask, but an acknowledgement would be
appreciated. ANY OTHER request will be treated as per our standard terms and
conditions.

Ordering Images
|

1. Please
e-mail us your request with the following information:
- The intended usage of the images.
- The subject matter you require or
the title(s) of the image(s) you wish to use.
- The size and quantities for each
image.
- Please also supply your name, type
of organization, complete mailing address, telephone and e-mail address.
2. Upon receipt of your request we will send you low-resolution
previews of images for your selection
3. Once we receive your order, we will e-mail a request for payment.
4. Please allow up to 5 working days to
process your request.

Delivery, Shipping & Handling
|

FTP or E-mail
Delivery of images to an ftp site of your specifications or as an e-mail
attachment is included in the price.
Discs
Should you wish to have the images stored on a disk, additional shipping and
handling costs will apply.
We normally ship through the US Postal Service at an additional cost,
depending on your needs. Shipping costs will be quoted separately according
to the size of the order. Generally speaking, it costs less to have your
order come in one shipment.
